General Return Information

We take pride in the quality and value of the products we offer. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase from Compass Medical Survival, our return policy allows you to return most products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please carefully read the conditions and exclusions listed below.

Conditions for Returns

  1. All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  2. Items returned without the original receipt or invoice may be ineligible for a refund.
  3. Any free promotional items received with the original purchase must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  2. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Compass Medical Survival will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the refunded amount for all returned items.

Exceptions and Exclusions

  1. Certain items may be excluded from this return policy for health, safety, or other reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product description page.
  2. Sale items or items purchased at a discount may be subject to a different return policy, which will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Processing Refunds

  1. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, minus the return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different item altogether, please return the original item (following the return procedures outlined above) and place a new order for the desired product.
